What Is Streetbox Club?
For a membership fee, we will send you an individually curated box of STBX™ products every month paired with leading streetwear brands. All pieces are yours to keep.

Each month you will receive a box packed of STBX™ tees, tops, outerwear, button-ups, headwear, bottoms and more.
How’s the quality?
Our quality is on par with the leading streetwear brands in the marketplace. The STBX™ team has been in the streetwear/skate industry for over 10 years and knows what it takes to bring top notch quality products to its members.
How does billing work?
You’ll be billed and receive packages once every month. We’ll continue to bill you and send packages once every month until you decide to pause or cancel.
When am I charged?
The first cycle’s membership fee is collected right away, after you finalize the checkout page. You will be billed the 15 th of every month after that, until you decide to pause or cancel.
When is my box shipped?
Our cut-off date is the 1st of every month. If you sign up on the 31st your box will ship the following month. All boxes ship out at the same time period. We begin to ship out boxes starting the 5 th to the 7 th of every month. Once shipped it takes about 1 to 3 business days for arrival.
Can I cancel or skip a month?
Yes! It’s easy! Just simply log in to your account to simply pause or cancel your membership anytime.
Do you ship internationally?
Streetbox Club is only available in the U.S. at this time. Membership to other countries is in the works. Drop us and email at firstname.lastname@example.org to add your country to our waitlist.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/P.O Box Addresses?
Yes! APO, FPO as well as P.O. Box addresses.
Can I track my package?
Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure you check your spam if you don’t see it in your main inbox. You can always email us and we can track it for you email@example.com .
My tracking says my package is delivered, but I did not receive it!
Unfortunately sometimes theft can occur, however Streetbox Club is not liable nor will provide refunds or re-shipments for packages marked delivered by our shipping carriers. Your best course of action is to contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number and open a claim with them. If it is an ongoing issue, it may be best to have packages held at the local post office for pickup.
